Q. I purchased an item from the store, when should I receive my order?
A. Your order should be directly emailed to you instantly once payment has cleared.
Q. I got a confirmation order email but can't find my download email, what should I do?
A. It is not uncommon for download emails to be bumped to spam folders. First be sure to check there. If the download email is not there please send Elena an email at email@example.com with the following information and the subject line "Missing Order Download Email". I will do my best to get it resent as quickly as possible!
Q. I'm not sure how to load/use actions or digital backdrops, can you talk me through the steps?
A. As much as I would love to help each person individually I simply am not able to do that. Above you can see the detailed instructions on how to load them in to the different editing programs. I have also opened up a Modern Baby Photography Forum which is filled with some pretty amazing photographers. It's a place to share, grow and learn and is the perfect place to ask for help if you do run into needing a little extra help with your product.

Q. Do you have any videos on how to use some of your products?
A. Absolutely! Head over to the fan page and click Photos - Albums - Videos. Their all there for you to watch.
Q. Can I buy or share your products with a friend?
A. No. By purchasing an item from the store you are agreeing to only use the item yourself and not release it to anyone else. You are not to share the cost of it to purchase. Downloads and items are monitored closely on where and how many are being download.
Q. I commented and messages you on your fan page and can't get ahold of you?
A. The best way to get ahold of me is via email. I try my best to stay on top of messages, comments, but do receive a large amount notifications which makes it easy to look over important messages. Please do email me. IF you have emailed me, and did not get a response within a few days please resend the email again.
Q. Do you issue refunds?
A. Due to the nature of my products I am not able to accept returns and issue refunds.
